Debbie Dyson is CEO of SkillsRight (formerly OneTen), a workforce transformation partner helping companies operationalize skills-first hiring. Under her leadership, SkillsRight is advancing the next phase of the skills-right movement, shifting its focus from advocacy to execution. The organization works with leading employers to build the systems, tools, and practices that redesign how work is defined, how talent is evaluated, and how opportunity flows, using workforce insights to drive measurable impact.  

 

With more than three decades of leadership experience, Debbie has shaped large-scale strategies that deliver strong business outcomes and advance human capital management globally. At SkillsRight, she sets the strategic direction for a national skills-first movement, bringing together Fortune 500 employers, talent developers, credentialing organizations, and community partners to build a more accessible and effective talent ecosystem.   

Debbie’s commitment to advocacy and philanthropy is evident across her career. At ADP, she served as executive sponsor for business resource groups, including Women in Leadership, with a focus on advancing and investing in women globally. She supports youth education and serves on the boards of Envoy Global, New Jersey Performing Arts Center, and Teach For America New Jersey.  

A recognized voice on leadership and the future of work, Debbie’s insights have been featured in major outlets including Bloomberg, CNN, The New York Times, Forbes, Fortune, Fast Company, and Harvard Business Review. She has also been named one of the 300 Most Powerful Executives in Corporate America and received the inaugural Chief New Era of Leadership award, celebrating trailblazing executive women shaping the future of business.
