Acing an interview isn’t just about answering questions—it’s about showing you’ve done your homework. Employers want to see candidates who take the time to understand their company and industry. Solid research helps you:- Align your responses with the company’s mission and values

Step 1: Research the Company
Start with the company’s website. Look for:- Mission & Values: Understand what drives the company and see if it aligns with your goals.
- Products & Services: Get familiar with what they offer and how they stand out.
- Recent News & Initiatives: Stay updated on acquisitions, partnerships, or major announcements.
- Leadership Team: Knowing the key decision-makers can help you anticipate company direction.
Step 2: Understand the Role
